Automate TPFREP Extract

Description

Currently there is no way to generate performance extract automatically. The user has to open Vessel Visit and extract through EDI Session and extract won’t happen whenever a vessel visit phase is updated (Departed). The provided groovy plugin will automate the performance extract whenever the Vessel Visit phase is updated(to departed) the performance extract will happen for the respective vessel visit.
