Web Developer

Job Brief:

Our company is seeking a skilled Web Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. As a Web Developer, we are looking for a person who is passionate about web technologies and eager to learn about automating processes like form submissions and web scraping. This role will involve analysing landing pages and developing scripts to automate user input and submission tasks

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepares the design solutions for the user and business requirements and conducts analysis to identify all the feasible solutions.
• Works on preparing detailed technical design documents with all the implementation details for building the solution and create the Web Application structure.
• Develops the code, packages, modules, and services to build the Web application and batch job objects and database objects.
• Meets the key stakeholders, users, product owners for the requirement gathering. Designing user interfaces and navigation menus and Integrating multimedia content onto a site
• Testing web applications and Troubleshooting problems with performance or user experience.
• Analyse user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
• Crafting intuitive and engaging User Interfaces and Ensuring websites/applications are responsive on all devices.
• Implementing principles of User Experience to guide design choices.
• Provides regular updates on the sprint progress back to the stakeholders, hosts the demo of the completed requirements and takes sign off from stakeholders.
• Consult with customers about website design and maintenance.
• Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
• Determine system performance standards.

Requirements and Skills:

• HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, MongoDB, Postgres, IntelliJ, Visual studio code, RESTful APIs, Angular JS, NodeJS, Jenkins.
• Analyze and understand landing page forms and structures.
• Develop and implement automation scripts to bypass manual form submissions.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows.
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development.
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science.
