ITL is looking for Software Customer Technical support engineers with logistics domain experience especially in the marine terminal operating system.
Engineering graduate or equivalent with hands on 3 to 5 years experience in customer support with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Experience with anyone of the CRM applications such as SFDC.
Must be hands-on with the customer case lifecycle – case creation to delivery.
Must be ready to work in Customer timezone
Must be familiar with software technologies - Java, MySQL
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Experience with Navis TOS will be plus
